Project Overview:
• The Woodstock Downtown mixed-use building, the centerpiece of the Hedgewood development in Woodstock, Georgia, is six stories and totals approximately 168,000 square feet.
• The brick building, which combines regionally historic architectural elements with contemporary elements, encompasses a 400-foot block that fronts the new square and mirrors the existing retail along Main Street.
• The structure includes 28,000 square feet of retail with four floors of condominiums homes above.
